16.01.2022 As you can imagine Coronavirus times are tough. We are in uncharted waters not only as travel agents but as individuals dealing with our own stress, exhaustion & issues (like attempting to cancel our own trips in the negative spare time we have... ). We are here to help you. That is our job! To help people travel, and to help when their travel goes wrong.... In saying this I ask that our customers give the same kindness in return. There will be delays in replying to your emails if you are not departing in the next 3-5 days. There will be questions that I / Flight Centre / airlines cannot yet answer if you are travelling in May, June, July and so forth. I thank you for your patience in these stressful times & wish you all know we always have our customer's best interests at heart. If you have questions please email me as we have had overwhelming responses via phone and (literally) do not have enough staff to answer all incoming calls.
