24.01.2022 PTM on the road today! It was so nice to meet up in person, hand over travel documents and have a cuppa with this lovely couple this morning. Although the travel industry is not how we knew it 4 months ago, I am still working and assisting clients to get back to their home countries.... Traditionally, there are parades down the Champs Élysées, but we all know that 2020 has changed many celebrations and traditions.... What we can enjoy though is the French cuisine and in my opinion there is no better way to honour a national day than with food! A breakfast of pastries, crepes, brioche, and croissants would be fitting, followed by a quiche for lunch, pâté, and onion soup.
