03.01.2022 Amazing Phillip Island holiday rental! Highview is a fantastic family home set high up in the trees of gorgeous Silverleaves. Completed late in 2017, this house easily copes with two families as it has two completely separate living zones. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything a family (or chef) could need, we aim to make you fall in love with our home as much as we have. The house is at the end of a no-through road and it’s at this point there’s a track straigh...t to the beach. No roads for the kids to cross and close enough to come home for lunch or just a loo stop! On the top floor of our home is a huge, wrap-around deck overlooking the trees of the Rhyll Inlet Conservation area with a barbecue , sun lounges, umbrella and an 8 seat dining table. The upstairs living, dining and huge kitchen also look out to this treetop view. A huge Master suite (king bed and large double ensuite) upstairs and remaining three bedrooms downstairs (2 x queen, 2 x king single bunks, one single bed and a single trundle)2 x split system a/c, overhead fans, a wood heater and panel heating to bedrooms makes this house comfortable all year round. A stunning new build in a great natural location make this the perfect holiday home. Beach items including cricket set and boogie boards are available for guest use, as well as games and books for those not so perfect days. Three TVs and a DVD make rainy days or lazy evenings a breeze. Please Note: The garage is inaccessible as it is used for personal storage.
