08.01.2022 Due to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements, I am sad to say that I have SUSPENDED my strength and flexibility classes to ensure the health and safety of you all. These are interesting times we live in and the situation is evolving daily. At this stage I don’t know when classes will recommence, but I will certainly be honouring your class fees. When classes recommence, I will carry over the fees (three weeks of Term 1) to the next term - whenever that might be. In the meantime, I am committed to providing you with routines and exercises you can perform at home. Keep an eye on this page and watch out for emails to stay up to date.
