It can grow to 30m in height . It is classed as an environmental weed , class r ( reduce population) in south east Queensland. It is a weed of road sides , waterways , disturbed sites and woodlands. It's seeds are spread by native bees who are are attracted to tree for the resin the flowers produce.... In turn the seed sticks to the bee . The seed is then dropped on the return flight to the hive or dumped at the entrance of the hive . In the urban environment it can grow to large for the area it was planted in. The large limbs are prone to snapping in strong winds . The cadaghi produces a sap that black mould readily grows on . It can grow to 25m in height and was once a popular ornamental tree planted through out south east Queensland. It has now been declared an environmental weed species. 03.01.2022 We are making a few changes . First one is a name change . We have change our name to Treelopping.com pty ltd , we also have the domain name Treelopping.com which we will be building a new website around . We have purchased a brand new Vermeer bc 1800 wood chipper and are in the process of purchasing a new treelopping truck ( 2nd hand ) . We have also purchased a new support vehicle to take all the necessary equipment and it has all the safety features flashing lights , spot lights ect We still have our old truck and chipper, so there is a possibility of running two crews once storm season starts .
