I have 3 little perfect & crazy children a 5yo, 3yo & 1yo (see pictured us making playdough last week ). I went to primary & high school in Warragul. The last 14 years have been spent running a local martial arts club & doing personal training at Coster MMA before getting into the tree business in the last couple of years. My older brother Josh got me into it, he's run Tree Mason in Melbourne for over 18 years. Loving changing things up & getting outside in the sunshine! In a very lucky position where we have Lee Holland working with us on the big jobs, he's a fully qualified Arborist with over 30 years experience teaching us all. Plus i have 2 kick ass young apprentices: Marcus who is half way through his cert 3 in Arborioculture, and Aidan who is starting his cert 3 in January. In the last 12 months we've got a truck, 18 inch chipper, stump grinder & work ute along with the full kit out of saws etc. Once this Covid stuff passes us by we will be getting a 19m tower next 12 months exciting times! Looking for a potential team leader. - Qualified cert 3 arborist or one currently studying with solid experience. Would consider cert 3 horticulture. - climbing experience essential. ... - MR license preferred We are a small family owned business less than two years old. You'll be working with 2x apprentices daily, and myself (Kael, the owner boss guy). Along with a subby climber over 30 years experience on the big removals. Currently small team with a truck, 18 inch chipper & stump grinder. On track to get a tower soon also. Paying above award rates ($28 - 38 per hour to start depending on experience). Our jobs vary between large tree removals, small backyard stuff on private properties, insurance & real estate work, council work, and occasional hedging bit of an all in one small crew which keeps the work varied. 07.01.2022 Did a big cedar tree today :-) Was right in between a shed, water tanks, and driveway! Mature tree starting to drop branches at risk of causing decent damage to their property so full removal. Very happy customer, even happier crew, check out the morning tea made for us ... Got asked back Monday for hedging & splitting wood :-)

07.01.2022 Kael starting to get the climbing practise in...big job helping out on 7 Cypress trees with the truck & chipper... This week we have 3 days here & maybe Saturday also! Thursday & Friday on the cards: removing some large dangerous limbs over a driveway in Ripplebrook in a tower as the Tree is dead/dangerous to climb with a big split, looking forwards to working with another tree crew & their tower on this one :-) ... Pruning off a fence line tree branches overhanging from neighbours and a second tree removal in Warragul. Sending a guy down to Prahan for some trimming tops off trees. Also a full crew doing hedging in a fancy multi million dollar apartment complex in St Kilda. 2 dead / compromised trees in Jindivick, going to be a tricky climb using the 2 trees either side of it, not the one that's getting taken down. Busiest week since Covid19 hit. Looks to be getting back to normal! Busy but fun and varied work. Very lucky to have a very experienced climber Lee hitting the 30 year mark in the industry i believe mentoring the guys, 4 guys studying cert 3 Arb, and getting to work in with 2 different crews this week always learning
