25.01.2022 Christian had a great meeting at Yutong in Zhengzhou China last week. Yutong manufactured over 70,000 coach buses in 2019 just for the local market. Their current goal is to ramp up their RV production to 10,000 per annum in just 3 years. Nothing is ever small in China. 21.01.2022 We are pleased Explorex has now made the switch to our new CS08 1 piece ABS shower. The first install went very smoothly with Explorex happy that along with the other benefits, our shower will also shave around 4 hours of build time off each van. Our shower can be completely pre-assembled prior to fitment. Previously Explorex were having to install the fibreglass shower, then continue to build the van around the shower, this was partly due to the inaccuracy of the old shower ...creating issues with other furniture where our unit is built with a 1mm tolerance. Because the shower is so light, (21kg) Explorex decided to lift it up from the outside of the van and slide it into position... 8 screws later and it was fitted. 02.01.2022 We had a successful assembly demonstration of our newest shower CS08 at Long Tree RV in China which they will fit into a van as soon as they return from the Chinese New Year break. Currently Long Tree RV manufacture the Snowy River Caravan brand sold in Australia. This is one of the best factories we'd been through in 10 years of manufacturing in China, very professional.
