08.01.2022 We are excited to have Red Bull on board in 2020 at the Milang Multisport Festival. You'll get yourself some Red Bull goodies and nutrition guides in your athlete pack. They have a GREAT Run taking place in a couple of Months. The Wings For Life World Run is taking place on May 3 2020 at Victoria Park 8:30pm!... 100% of all sign up fees go directly towards funding the Wings for Life Foundation spinal cord injury research. Why Wings For Life World Run?? This is a global run, every country starts at exactly the same time around the world! This is the only race where the finish line catches YOU!!! How far will you make it?? This race is a great opportunity to test your endurance as you can run as far as you like before the Catcher Car catches you. The Catcher Car takes off 30 minutes after the run begins at 15 km/h and steadily increases its speed until the last runners have been caught! With your help, we believe that Spinal Cord injury could one day soon become curable, which will dramatically help thousands of Australians suffering from Spinal Cord Injury. 07.01.2022 Results are completed for yesterday's race. Thank you to all who were involved despite the weather. Thanks to Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club for keeping us safe in the water and generally being great people. Thanks to We'ave'ya'bean Coffee And Rustic Donuts mobile coffee van for the great coffee and donuts!... Thank Triathlon South Australia for use of their equipment. Thanks to The Pier Hotel - Milang for theiir support & the Milang Regatta Club for accommodating us with the event clash. Thanks also to Sportspower Mt Barker & Bicycles Mount Barker for their generosity with prizes. Thanks also to Red Bull Australia for their support with some product and nutrition guides. Of course MANY thanks to the volunteers who assisted from the Tribe. We are a small club of 20. We have lots of fun and enjoy ourselves (And the muffins are always great at our races!)

01.01.2022 ***We need your help*** With Australia Day Triathlon around the corner we are seeking our wonderful volunteers on the day. We have multiple positions we need to... fill as well as have some paid volunteer positions. If you can assist with Set up and Pack down we can offer a free entry to our race. or if you are not racing marshalling while the race is going on, we have 8 positions that are paid and other positions where we can also look at offering a family member or friend an entry to our race.
