25.01.2022 Quick workout: 5 reps 1st round then 10 reps, 15, 20. Circuit style. So do 5 reps each exercise then 10 reps each exercise and so on. A 1. Pushups 2. Situps ... 3. Lunges ea leg 4. Tricep pushups 5. Supermans 6. Jump squats B. 1. Burpees 2. Leg raises 3. Squat and knee to elbow ea side 4. Donkey kicks 5. Gorillas ea side (plank up and downs)

18.01.2022 For those who aren't aware, not long ago a lady died in a gym. On a 38 degree day. They did a hill run and then a meta fit class (no rest). I aim to protect you and ensure you're safe while training. So hot day cancels are for a reason:) If I had an air conditioned studio it may be different.

15.01.2022 Bring a friend for free for the month of January. CLASSES RESUME Mon 7th 6pm. Wed 6pm boxing, Thurs 6pm, Friday 9:30am. 4 week round, prepay. Small group personal training, private space, friendly community, all levels of fitness, injuries catered for:)

12.01.2022 Partner home workout: A. person 1 jump squat x 1. Then person 2 jump squat x 1. Then person 1 jump squat x 2 then person 2 jump squat x 2 and so on up to 10 jump squats each.. then you can go backwards 10 to 1. B. Partner throw situps. Sit on the ground facing each other. Lock legs together. Have a slam ball or weighted ball, Person 1 lie down then as they do a situp throw the ball to person 2. Person 2 lies straight down and does a sit up returning the throw. Use your core,... throw to chest. Do 20 ea x 3. C. Person 1 does 20 pushups while person 2 does shuttle runs. Must run until 20 pushups are done. Swap and repeat. Do 3 times ea. If you're inside do butt kicks or star jumps or high knees or burpees instead of shuttle runs. D. Same as C but reverse lunges 20 ea leg instead of pushups. E. Partner leg throw downs x 20. Person 1 lies down, person 2 stands behind their head. Person one holds person 2 back of ankles. Person one throws gently persons legs down. (Leg raises) do 20 then swap. Both do 3 sets. F. Partner kick ups 20 x 3 ea. Same as E except kick up to person 2 hands. (Reverse crunches) make them reach high. G. Plank patties. Plank facing each other close. Lift one hand ea and tap together. Put hand down. Lift the other hand and tap together. Say the alphabet. So 26 reps. A to z. Each tap is a letter. Do 4 times. H. Do together at the same time. 3 sets. Go through 1 - 4. Rest. Repeat. 1. 20 plank rocks 2. 50 mountain climbers 3. 20 shoulder taps ea side. (Plank and tap your right hand to left shoulder then your left hand to right shoulder without moving your hips or body, it's a controlled movement) 4. 20 supermans

07.01.2022 Lifestyle, dedication, consistency. Too many people want fast results from "diets" but don't realise once they give up the"diet" the weight goes back on! All diets/trends involve you reducing your calories, restricting foods and eating healthy. People think " I quit sugar, this diet works"... well they cut out a heap of processed packaged foods, stopped eating shit, stopped eating takeaway, moved their body, only ate protein and veges maybe some carbs. Essentially they changed their whole food intake.... but think it was " the no sugar diet" or the "high fat diet" or the "fasting diet" IT"S All ABOUT WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. It doesn't have to be that complex. It's just got to be sustainable and fit your lifestyle. If you love wine you can't give it up forever. If you like pizza your going to still eat it eventually.
