14.01.2022 Ive had a few new puppy clients of late, I cant stress enough the importance of early learning to get puppies used to brushing, bathing and drying. Teaching your pup to sit still for a few moments everyday while having a brush, cleaning eyes, or getting used to noises like the dryer, helps their first groom appt to be happy and stress free. I dont accept puppies until after their final vaccination, usually around 4 months of age. So between 8-16 weeks of age, I suggest ...owners use that time to prepare their pup for their first appt. Most breeds will have up to 16 years of grooming services and I like to work with owners early so its 16 years of happy experiences. Today Lola had her first appt and did really well.
