25.01.2022 Hey all, just letting everyone know that we will be closing our shop from tomorrow 18th of December and reopening on the 13th of January. We wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy new year! We were meant to go out with a bang by catering for the masterchef and big brother crew at their studio in Manly tomorrow. 24.01.2022 Good morning all! Today will be the last day we serve from our truck!!! With the restrictions being lifted to 50 patrons in June, we will begin trading from our shop again starting on Tuesday the 2nd of June. We thank you all for your continued support during these rough couple of weeks. 20.01.2022 Very sorry everyone!! We can't open till tomorrow. We landed in Sydney on Saturday afternoon and went straight to Cabramatta for stock to feed our hungry coasties. On our merry way home, someone decided to run a red and hits us head on. Resulting in loss of valuable prep time. We are very sorry guys!!! We promise we'll be ready tomorrow. 20.01.2022 Hey everyone! Hope you're all well and have kept most of your sanity during the lockdown. We have decided to make temporary adjustments to both our menu and location so we begin to provide you all with your Trinhys fix! We will open for takeaway and delivery only through our food truck based at 22 Gorokan Drive, Lake Haven. (yes, this is our home!) This way we can keep the boys in their cage and limit our operating expenses during these tough times. Minimum delivery order ...is $30 + $5 delivery fee which can be placed via menu-log or via phone /text/Facebook chat. No minimum for pickup/takeaway, just be patient or knock if you cant find us in the truck lol. Hours of operation remain the same, 11am, - 8pm, Tues - Sun. Address - 22 Gorokan Drive, Lake Haven Temporary number - 0401 663 359 Delivery map, our temporary limited menu, and central coast council approvals are as attached :) Once again, we do apologise for the big overhaul but changes were required as the pinch progressed into a choke lol. Big thanks to everyone for their continued support! See you all shortly!!

18.01.2022 Thank you to all our amazing customers. It has been an amazing first week selling from our truck. We've officially sold out of spring rolls, pho and pancakes and will be have to close tomorrow so we can prep for next week. We'll see you again on Tuesday =) Thanks again guys!

18.01.2022 Morning everyone, today will be our last day trading. We have made the decision to temporary shut down until it is safe to reopen. The drop in revenue has made it impossible to sustain staff and having our 2 boys ( 2 & 3 yo) playing at the back of the shop is not an ideal situation. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We will be back, just stay safe everyone =) love the trinhys family.

16.01.2022 G'day guys! it's been a looong time since our last post and we're very sorry for that. We've been working on our new menu for the shop which will launch next week. We've added meals to share and given our vegetarian selections a bit of an oomph. We would appreciate any feedback as we cannot improve without it! Also, for those interested, the truck has been locked in for the following events -... 17/8 - Macquarie uni Open day @ the uni. 22/8 - Lunch service @ Macquarie Uni 18/8 & 19/8 - Lunch and dinner service @ Gosford Sailing club 11am till 7pm. 26th, 27th & 28th of August - HopeUC church conference @ HopeUC church, charmhaven. 31/8 - Mr & Mrs Vrana's engagement ceremony :) 12/9 - Lunch service @ Macquarie Uni 13/9 - Conception @ Macq Uni 16/9 - Yarramalong Spring Fest 5/10 - Listen out 12th, 19th & 26th of October - Spring Carnival @ Randwick Racecourse. 5th of Novermber - Melbourne Cup @ Randwick Races. Again, as its the first time we've ever had such a large menu, please be patient if our service is a tad slow or mix things up thanks again everyone, please take care and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

12.01.2022 Morning all, d Due to unexpected circumstances, we are unable to open the shop today. We promise to resume normal trading hours starting tomorrow. Really really sorry guys On a positive note, the truck finally had its first couple of jobs since this whole corona debacle. ... And what a job they were! A corporate event for 5B at Perrys crossing in the national Park. And a 60th birthday party at Patonga on the coast. Which do you prefer? Mountain or beach?

11.01.2022 G'day folks! its been a while, hope you've all been well. Due to a family emergency, A temporary adjustment has been made to our shops opening hours. They are - Tonight 11am-4pm 18/4 hur 11-4... 19/4 Fri 5 -8:30 20/4 Sat 12-9 Sun close Sorry for any inconveniences guys! The truck will be at Randwick races on Saturday and Macquarie university once a week in May. So if you're around and craving a banh mi, come hit us up! 10.01.2022 Hey everyone ! Hope you all had an amazing break and easing into the new year slowly =) on that note, the shop will be closed from today (23/01/20) and re open on Tuesday the 18th of Feb. We're heading back to Vietnam for the chinese/lunar new year to spend time with family and hopefully learn a coupla recipes to bring back to ya'll aswell! 09.01.2022 Hey Guys, we've made the decision to take Mondays & Tuesdays off. So we will be opened Wednesdays - Sunday 11am till 8pm. For dine - in, take away and deliveries. Menu is below - most of it is the same just some changes in pricing. Veterans still get their usual 20% discount. See you all starting tomorrow =)

We have had 2 staff leave us in the last fortnight and the truck is booked in to do corporate catering the whole weekend. - leaving us very short handed. Its just been that kind of a year aye? 05.01.2022 Hey everyone, Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have decided to reduce the trading hours of the shop. - all foodtruck events have been cancelled. The shop will be opened from 12 Midday to 8pm. THURSDAY - SUNDAY. We will also be continuing with our delivery service to the suburbs on the map below. Minimum order is $50 -no delivery charge. Please call 4330 2865 for bookings, takeaway or delivery orders.... Rest assured, we hold our hygiene practices to the highest standard and have maintained our 5 star rating from the council.
