22.01.2022 I've just watched our Prime Minister's press conference on the Road-map beyond Covid19 (complete with sneaky Screenshot) ;) The Australian Government has introduced a 3 step plan to be completed by July, 2020 :) Though, Daniel Andrews is looking after the timeline of each step here in Victoria. I'm looking forward to Classes starting again the next few weeks. Who's excited for classes to kick off?

22.01.2022 THIS is why Focal Length is very important when taking photos! Our Trainer Dave is looking very distorted with the image being taken at Focal Length of 18mm. All Focal Lengths under 50mm will have distortion so (unless you want distortion) try to keep as close to 50mm on your Lens as possible. 13.01.2022 The Victorian Premier just announced in a Press Conference, that as of Wednesday evening, Regional Victoria will be going back into Stage 3 Covid-19 restrictions. Triple 2 Training therefore announces with a heavy heart, as of this afternoon - we are hitting the pause button again on all Courses :( It was announced that the restrictions will be in place for 6wks & as soon as they're lifted - we'll be back in full swing.

While photographing Landscapes, we explored Long Exposures in the middle of a very bright Winter's Day using Neutral Density Filters (Welding Mask for your Camera). 05.01.2022 In today's class we explored how slow your Shutter Speed can be before the image becomes blurry. To make sure the image is sharp, Students discovered the magic number is - no slower than 1/80th of a second. 04.01.2022 The Victorian Premier announced this morning that restrictions are lifting; - 5 people are allowed to now visit in your home (10 at work) - still work from home if you're able to - schools still running distant education - Victorian Govt. will look at lifting further in 3wks. ... Triple 2 Training is looking forward to reopening as soon as possible.
