22.01.2022 Who’s a fan of the big Springmount Raceway burnout pad and would love to hit it up? I’m looking at running Tropical Meltdown Cairns on much smaller scale for this year only, go back to the roots of the show and just run Saturday only but will have camping available in late November. At this stage we are looking at just burnouts but if time allows it, I reckon we can add in some cruising. Of course there will be classes made up of Ladies, 6, 8 cylinder’s and of course PRO cla...ss! Prize money up for grabs in the Ladies to V8 class and the pro class we will leave it up ladies and gents in the class, so in other words a buy in comp you buy in and make up the prize money. So the more that enter PRO class the more money you can win, whether it’s a winner takes all kinds deal or we split it up from 1st to 3rd or so on. What do you think and how much should the buy in be? Also remember it will be a Burnout Masters qualifying event for the Masters finals that will be held in Canberra on 5th-7th of March! So 1 Masters ticket up for grabs plus whatever prize money the pros make up... With a great turnout with around 170 entr...ants, plenty of racing action was had. Full event gallery to come soon. 13.01.2022 Sooo getting a few mixed feelings about the pro class in, some are keen for $1000 and some are sitting at $500. Also you can enter as many as you like or should we limit this aswell? I’m thinking 2 skids per entrant/entry aswell for all classes and see how we go for time Let us know what you are thinking, I would like to get the finer details sorted ASAP

12.01.2022 SUMMERNATS 34 RESCHEDULED to JAN 6-9 2022 We tried really hard but we just couldn't get the Summernats we all love over the line. The new rules for holding majo...r events in the ACT means that events of more than 5000 people (that aren’t in stadiums) aren’t allowed under COVID-19 restrictions. All tickets already purchased for Summernats will automatically transfer to Jan 2022 at the 2021 prices. This includes camping passes and allocated campsites. You don’t have to do anything at all. If you have any questions, please head to the website rather than calling the office. But in good news, we've been working on a series of events that will take the Nats experience across Australia, and then we’re back to a full Summernats in 2022! Check this out. Summernats Slam January 8th 10th 2021 This brand new party at Sydney Dragway is on the Summernats weekend, so you can still start the New Year in top gear! There’s drag racing, burnouts including Masters qualifying, show and shine, and judged awards with more than $30,000 in prize money up for grabs. Strictly limited to 5000 people including entrants. Meguiar’s MotorEx February 6th 7th 2021 Yes we’re still happening at Melbourne Showgrounds in 2021 with the coolest and craziest rides in Australia. C’mon Victoria! Summernats Rev Rock n Roll March 5th 7th, 2021 Then we’re coming to Canberra for a smaller scale Summernats style event at Exhibition Park so we can crown a Burnout Master for 2021 and a show Champion too. Rockynats April 2nd 5th and Red CentreNATS 3rd 5th, 2021 Next we head to Rockhampton at Easter for the first Rare Spares Rockynats, and all roads lead to Alice on Father’s Day for Red CentreNATS in September. 09.01.2022 Red CentreNATS will look a little different this year, but we want you guys to know WE’RE ON! As part of the Red CentreNATS COVID-19 Safety Plan, the Podium P...arty will be replaced by an After Party at Lasseters with trophies awarded on conclusion of each event. A dedicated fan zone at Alice Springs Inland Dragway (ASID), with two super screens will be added to watch the action from the nearby track in lieu of open public access to The Hill. In line with physical distancing guidelines, only existing Chrome Pass holders, entrants and crews will have access to The Hill, which will have capacity of 500 people at any one time.
