22.01.2022 #FatBerg alert! Fats, oils and grease solidify in pipes, causing blockages and damaging sewer lines. Other waste like produce stickers, tea leaves, wet-wipes an...d coffee grounds also contribute to these disgusting blobs known as fatbergs. They are rancid, horrendous things and costly to clear! You can help avoid these blockages by using a sink strainer and pouring cooking oils and fats into a sealed container and placing it in your rubbish bin. If you still need convincing, watch this video out of London, where workers had to clear 130 tonnes of putridness blocking a sewer line!

02.01.2022 If you’re a landholder (or maybe a data geek) you may have an interest in streamflow data, or groundwater bore levels. Did you know the Queensland Government mo...nitors surface freshwater and groundwater systems across the state for water assessment and management purposes.
