18.01.2022 Hey guys you can also follow me on Twitter. Here's the link...

14.01.2022 Beijing is getting close now, looking forward to a big week of training. Changed my running technique last week to limit the lower limb injuries this year. My running coach thinks I can knock about 2 mins off my 10km time which would be awesome! That'll bring it down to 33's. Looking forward to a big season in the Open age group to rip up to the pro level......

14.01.2022 So this is it!!! The hundred of hours comes down to a sub 2hr race against the best athletes in the world in my age group. Hasn't been the best lead up with niggley injuries and the flu but there are absolutley no excusses now. Just have to go as hard as I can physically go and see if thats good enough. Can't wait! Thankyou everyone for your support.....

10.01.2022 So I had a hit out at Raby Bay on the weekend in the opening Gatorade Tri series race of the season. Off hardly any training I managed a 4th out of 90 in my age group which I was really happy about. There are still a couple of issues with the right calf but it was good to be out there and amongst it again.

10.01.2022 200km on the bike over the weekend and the body feels great. Loving it!!!!

10.01.2022 one full week off training. It feels so good to rest the body, I really needed it. Although I am a little anxious and getting keen to slowly get back into it. Next week I will start the long swim and ride sessions to give me the base I need for the end of the year. Still a few weeks of no running to rest the troublesome calves.....

09.01.2022 had a good race at Wivenhoe Dam over the weekend finishing 3rd overall in the Sprint distance event and 1st in my age group. I felt ok considering I am still trying to shake the flu mixed with Laryngitis. Not a good mix!!!! Esp so close to the worlds! I hope it passes and I can get sorted for the race yet again...

08.01.2022 Just recently the newspaper from my hometown featured a story on my recent achievements. Visit my new site to read the full story: http://www.troyoshea.com.au/press/1-bundaberg-newsmail-story

07.01.2022 Had a good Open water swim at Caloundra on the weekend. I threw the wetsuit on to get some practice. The only mishap was swimming to the wrong buoy. Thats what happens when you follow a pack. Was a good session under race conditions.... Finish 30th overall which I'm pretty happy about especially swimming the extra distance.

06.01.2022 Want to win races! I'm injured at the moment and as a result I'm regretfully selling my 54cm Jamis T2 TT bike which has only been raced on twice. The wheels in this pic aren't the ones for sale but it comes with Zipp 808s instead (which haven't been ridden at all) Send me a message if you're interested and I'll let you know more details and we can hook up for a pedal. The bike Specs are- Full carbon Frameset, SRAM red groupset, Zipp carbon aero bars, Zipp 808 carbon race wheels, Shimano pedals, TT helmet and Aero water bottle if you need them. It's a very impressive bike and if you want to go fast, nail your PB and have an edge over the competition it's definitley for you. Cheers

06.01.2022 1km PB today in the pool. I nailed it by 18 seconds. The swimming is really going well. Look out Beijing man made dam!

05.01.2022 Just getting off of the stage in Sydney after being presented with my gold medal.

04.01.2022 New bike is on the way from Sydney......... Yeeeeeeeew!

03.01.2022 Felt really good in the pool today after my massage yesterday. Learnt a new way to draft in the swim. That is going to come in very handy in Beijing to stay with the leading pack.....

02.01.2022 Had a great weekend and race down at Byron Bay on the weekend. I finished 4th in my age group and got in the top 10 overall. I managed to shave 4 minutes off last years time also which I was pumped about :-). A couple of weeks off now then it will be time to prepare for Worlds
