24.01.2022 It been a massive couple of weeks here at TRP & this was far from being the only job for the week but this here it is, completed as promised. A big thanks to our boys who will be absolutely knackered & heading home now for a well earned rest & thanks to the few extras that stepped up & chipped in to help us get the job done! What a week!

24.01.2022 Just a small 2 man job, 1 man screed from Saturday just gone. Fair to say both were ready for the weekend by the end of the day but long weeks & short staff will not see our quality compromised. Youll get 110% from us, every job, every time.

22.01.2022 Good morning all, Just a quick update on Tim post surgery. His been told 2 weeks off for recovery & 4-6 weeks no heavy lifting. At the moment I think well struggle to keep him off that long but he has agreed to stay off until next Friday the 2nd of March & see how he goes from there. ... Tim apologises for the inconvenience, appreciates the understanding youve shown him & hopes to be back, fighting fit & getting it done as soon as possible. Thanks, Hayley & Tim.

21.01.2022 So its the bosses birthday today & his just received confirmation that his been approved for the bobcat his been wanting for a few months. Not a bad birthday present at all really. On that note, TRP can not only prep, pour & cut concrete but can also do the earthworks as well. Not bad for a little over 9 months in business. ... Happy birthday to the original TRP (Timmy Ryan Pretty) Hope you have a ripper of a day!

20.01.2022 Hi Guys, Believe it or not we are STILL looking for the right person to join our team. As we seem to be having difficulties in adding to our work force, we ha...ve decided to broaden our search & we are now prepared to take on labourers & not just experienced concretors. So if you know someone whos looking for work, who enjoys an early morning start & isnt afraid of the hard yards then we are prepared to take them on & train them up. The only requirement we have had is that they have their own licence & transport. Hours usually 7-3pm ish Mon-Fri & half days Saturdays more often than not. Pay varies depending on experience & will increase as our workers up skill. Starting ASAP. Please share our post & start tagging your mates & get them to get in touch. We have no shortage of work & we need more people to help get it all done!

20.01.2022 Its been a while since weve posted anything other than looking for workers but after today were feeling the need to put up a bit of an appreciation post. Todays job was completed by only 2 people, one of them being Tim the other our labourer Angus. It was a massive, flat out day, and these 2 gave it everything they had & got the job done. Angus, mate, if your still awake you did a ripper of a job today & we couldnt have got it done without you. Thank you for bringing your A game & for the massive effort you put in today. Think its safe to say both these men will sleep like logs tonight!

18.01.2022 Hey guys, Just a reminder that TRP are looking for concretors! We have so much work coming up in the new year that we need at LEAST 2 more sets of hand on deck. We are hoping to find our 2IC so that we can look at starting 2 teams so ideally were looking for experience, were looking for reliable, trustworthy & keen workers who can work both as a part of a team & independently. We are also looking for team players to help us get through all the work 2017 already has in stor...e for us! Please spread the word to anyone you think might be interested & get them in touch with us!

18.01.2022 Concretor wanted to join our ranks on subcontractor basis. Looking for someone who can do the job, be reliable, who can work unsupervised & knows what they are doing but still open minded enough to take on the ways that TRP like to get things done. We want experienced staff. We are not looking for people new to the industry at this stage. ... Must be experienced & motivated. Must have own licence & transport, truck licence would be beneficial. Must be available a minimum of 3-4 days a week, concreting is weather dependent so flexibility on days is preferred & full time work is available. Must have ABN We are ready for immediate starters. We are willing to pay good money for the right person. If this is you or someone you know send us an inbox. 17.01.2022 WE NEED WORKERS!! Hey guys. TRP are looking for an experienced concreter to join our ranks. Someone who can,... *work both in our team & who is experienced enough to be left in charge of a job when the boss isnt there and who can give guidance to our younger employees if needed. *work Monday-Friday & as many half day Saturdays as you want. We are not looking for people new to the concrete world, we want someone who is capable of confidently producing a high standard of work without the need for constant supervision. Pay will be relative to competency. We have a lot of work on now & we need to be in 3 places at once. Therefore we need experienced workers to be left on a job site while the boss moves between jobs or is at another site. If this is you or sounds like someone you know then you need to tag away, message us, call us. We want you for immediate start if possible and the work is consistent & in no risk of drying up. We have more than enough work from our local home builders to keep us all busy & thats on top of private jobs and a few other companies. Come join our team at TRP! You wont regret it!

12.01.2022 We may have been a bit quite of late but rest assured work is still getting done Here are the first of many jobs/units we have going on in the new retirement village in the Lucas estate. Being built by Ballarats #1 builder & one of our major clients Hotondo homes ballarat. The amount of infrastructure going into this side of Ballarat is pretty incredible & we are pushed & doing a few massive days to keep up. This site alone will keep us busy for months to come so stay tuned for updates & watch the development of the rapidly changing face of Ballarat!

08.01.2022 Hello 2017!! Its February & we are well & truly back in full swing at TRP. If you have been keeping watch you would have seen some of the bigger scale jobs weve been turning out like the D2E extension last week & this shed we are starting & finishing this week. No messing around here we are striking while the iron (& weather) is hot! There is no job too big or small for us. Theres been a lot going on behind the scenes over the Xmas & new year break. New truck, new equip...ment, a few new boys on our legendary team & the transition from sole trader to company! We even have our own PTY LTD after our name now! Its ALL happening, 2017 is bringing it all & we are loving it!!! We hope you all had a brilliant break & are as excited for the year ahead as we are. Happy 2017 people, own it. If you dont have a licence but can make early starts & are a keen worker, willing to learn the TRP ways then call or message and get in touch. Hours are approx 7-3-ish, Mon-Fri with some half day Saturdays. Good weather sometimes means slightly longer days, poor weather can mean shorter days, thats a concretors ...life! 08.01.2022 From inside to outside. Gym extension through to car parking x2. Your D2E gym is now delivered. Its been a brilliant job site & we are stoked to have had the job. Done in 3 parts, we started with the extension to make room for all the awesome equipment then moved onto the car park for all you guys. It was only natural that D2E would go on to need more parking with it being the best gym in ballarat so in no time at all we found ourselves here again adding the second lot of e...xtra needed parking. If your not a member here yet, what are you waiting for?? You might even catch some of the TRP team here as they are members too! Heres some of the pictures, through all 3 stages. 04.01.2022 With only a few hours left till the big man visits everyone on his "nice" list & many kick back to enjoy a well earned break, we at TRP would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for making our 1st full year in business so great. From our builders, our private jobs, our workers both full time & all the extra helpers along the way, & to all of you out there who have shared our posts or passed on recommendations of us by word of mouth & all the people who have helped... us behind the scenes we give our heart felt thanks. 03.01.2022 Weekend? What weekend?? TRP were at it both Saturday & Sunday this week. Had the big boss on sight so there was no slacking off for Timmy! ... P.S the boss is the staffy, not the future wifey just so theres no confusion! Cant say Tim is well rested or even rested at all but it has been a productive weekend!
