25.01.2022 Today our little fella Skip goes to his new home with Hannah. Skip has been with us from our first Tru Blu Ride. Skip learnt his job at Buckleup Bushrides with Paul and Shelly and we were lucky enough to do a deal and have him come and work for us. Skip has been a great asset to both businesses and has done more than his fair share. Skip is heading to the Otway Ranges and the best home we could have hoped for. At 16 he has many years ahead of him taking it easy down on the coast. Thanks for the ride Skip..........

13.01.2022 We received this email yesterday. Anyone looking for a positive with all this Covid stuff going on should take the time to read this. One of our amazing guests brought a tear to my eye reading this......................................................... Dear Corey and Meg, I hope that you and your four-legged family are all as well as possible in these challenging times. I am so very sorry for the effect that this will be hav...ing on your business and I fear will also affect your work on the ski fields over the winter. I have been wondering what I could do to help support your wonderful business and have decided that I could perhaps ‘sponsor’ a horse over the winter months so have arranged a transfer of AUS 1,000 into your account. Hopefully it will be there in the next day or so. I hope that this won’t offend you as it would be a privilege to help in some small way. I can’t say how much the Snowy River Ride meant, and still means, to me. Our turmoil was last year with the final illness and death of my husband and then my father and the holiday gave me the opportunity to focus on something different, rediscover a life-long love of horses and have the best adventure I could ever have imagined. At night when I can’t sleep and start to worry about things, I relive the different days that we rode in your spectacular ‘backyard’ and those memories are priceless. Your kindness, attention to detail (which includes my birthday cake J), wonderful horses and care of all your guests are incredibly special and I only hope that many others have the chance to experience it, as I hope to come back one day. A highlight for me was also on my last night when I had a quad bike ride to meet all the other family members and I loved hearing their back stories. So, it would mean a lot to me to be able to contribute something to the care of one or two horses until you have some more income coming in and please just see it as a reflection of how much your business and hard work is valued. It doesn’t have to be for a particular horse, just for where it might be needed but sponsorship seemed a good concept to use. I would just be grateful if you could let me know that the transfer has arrived. Take care

Lyn it’s going to be a long time before rides up here are going to cost you anything. You have life membership. Thankyou so much.....

05.01.2022 How about some good news. Meet our newest recruit. Sheldon is 4 years old and ready to learn the ropes here at Tru Blu Trails. Big thanks to Fiona for letting her special boy join our team. Looking forward to having this fellas first ever ride and getting him trained up so Fiona can come take her boy for a spin in our backyard.

03.01.2022 Tru Blu Trails has unfortunately had to postpone all upcoming rides as of today. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and advice from our government all remaining rides this ride season will be postponed until 2020/21 ride season. After taking a big hit with recent bushfires closing us down this is a big blow to our buisness and income. Our priority is the care and welfare of our amazing horses. We will be contacting all guests that have upcoming rides over next day or so or we can b...e contacted on 0409 019 412. We will get through this and be open for buisness next season. We may even look at doing some winter woolies snow rides if circumstances allow us. These are going to be very hard times for a lot of people including us, but tomorrow the sun will rise again and we will push forward, that’s what we do. Our Next seasons schedule will be out shortly and will be offered to those that have had rides postponed first. We have some exciting new rides next season and we believe it will book out fast as we have already booked out many of our popular rides with private bookings.
