14.01.2022 Yesterday I received a call from a company owner asking if I could train a newly open HR licensed driver in Road Ranger. He’d got his licence in RR but didn’t understand how it all worked to be able to make confident gear changes. 3hrs going through how it all works this was his thoughts at the end. Good work to the employer giving a newbie a start and making sure they receive the training they need to keep it all together.

This time the driver selected the correct gear. It’s becoming a trend in the industry in many places to pay according to ability. If you have the ability we can recommend.
