20.01.2022 As Christmas fast approaches here are some survival tips for the next week 1:Move every chance you get. Dont just give up. 20 mins at home is better than nothing. Ask me what to do. 2:High intensity is going to give you more in less time. 45 mins HIIT using lots of different muscle groups will burn more calories and raise your metabolism for a lot longer than a walk. But, a walk is better than nothing. 3: When you arent socialising drink plenty of water. Eat lots of... veggie and keep it light!! 4: When it all gets too much stop and BREATHE!!! 5: Never go out starving. Eat something light. (No not chocolate!!!) 6: ENJOY your Christmas pud, mince pie or whatever is your Christmas thing. Just in moderation. Christmas only comes once a year after all! See more

20.01.2022 Well done to those that made time to keep active between Christmas and New Year, that started the New Year the right way and those that had a break and didnt let a few weeks become months Stay tuned for some exciting new plans.

19.01.2022 Happy New Year to all. A new beginning. A clean slate. A time for reflection as we farewell one year and welcome another. 19.01.2022 I have posted about this before but we always need a reminder. Nothing is as effective as consistency. I heard an athlete talking recently that although she wasn’t the fastest or the best she was consistent and dedicated in her training and that is what paid off! Anything ,however full on, that is done for a short time will have short lived results. It is what you do MOST of the time that counts! Weeks turn into month, into years. ... Make exercise and eating well part of your years. It won’t always be easy but you won’t regret it. See more

13.01.2022 The world is such a strange place at the moment with a lot of negativity that it is easy to forget your blessings. I feel so grateful to live where I do and get out and enjoy this beautiful place. My personal motivation for exercise is it allows my body to do the things I love to do, to lead my best life. To feel strong and healthy. Yes, we like to look good but the benefits go way, way beyond that. You wont always feel like doing it but you will never regret it. So just do it!!!

10.01.2022 There is a saying... Comparison is the thief of Joy. As women we tend to compare ourselves in many different ways to other women. ... From today embrace yourself for being you. You are unique. There is not another you in the world. Love your body for all that it does for you and look after it. Exercise, sleep and feed it nourishing food and accept it for being perfect in it’s imperfections. No more comparing or wishing we were different! See more

09.01.2022 I saw something recently that reinforced there are no quick magic fixes for our health and fitness. It takes commitment and perseverance of eating well and moving more most of the time. Period. Quick fixes gives short term results. So grab your runners and buy your veggies! .

05.01.2022 As life slowly goes back to a new normal we are so grateful for being able to get back to doing the things we love. Training on line and inside has been a great option for some but this is what it doesnt give you! Supervised training. Someone able to watch and correct you up close. (1.5m) Fresh air. There are proven benefits to exercising in nature compared to being inside. ... Camaraderie: A chat and a laugh and even a groan makes a workout more fun. Motivation: It helps to have people to push you along and you are more likely to challenge yourself. Saying yes and having to turn up So say yes!!! Some new changes to timetable happening soon!
