17.01.2022 Hello everyone. I really don’t like this posts but it needs to be addressed... No show appointments - ... This is really something that hits myself and the team hard. We are only a small business, and no shows take money out of our pockets & away from our families. Especially at this time of year. We have a cancellation policy - But it seems that people aren’t following the steps on their text messages. And taking it seriously that is needs to be completed. Late cancellations- We understand that things happen, so please let us know ASAP if you can not attend your appointments. We are more than understanding. So moving forward I will be taking a DEPOSIT of 50% & the normal process. For new & existing clients. I’ve tried so hard to accommodate for EVERYONE, working outside of my hours while the kids are home. After hours to make sure everyone is booked. Including taking time our of family holiday to make sure everyone has extra appointments over the break. We look forward to seeing you all in 2021

We will be on holiday from - 19th December2020 - 9th January 2021 No appointments will be made during this time.
