24.01.2022 #IncludeAll #HaveFun Sync4ALL - Superfins Challenge The WA Superfins have been adding a bit of splash to their swimming skills, by partnering with West Coast Splash Synchronised Swimming Club and taking part in a 10 week Sync4ALL Challenge at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont. This Sync4ALL Challenge taught the Superfins that swimming is about more than keeping your head above wat...er, stroke development and laps - They took part in fun filled sessions that involved turning themselves upside down, pointing their toes and spinning to music. @WestCoastSplash thanks to @SynchroWA and with funding from SunSmart and #Healthway offered this all-inclusive challenge to the Superfins, whose members all have physical or intellectual difficulties, so that they could learn some new swimming skills while having a lot of fun. A great story to kick start your week!

12.01.2022 #IncludeAll Surfing Western Australia and the Surfing WA Surf School hosted a Ladies Only surfing lesson this week! It was an awesome experience to be able to learn about the ocean, how to choose a wave and when to 'pop up' in a fun, friendly and encouraging environment.... It's great to see how sports are finding new ways to encourage all people to participate. Share your innovative program ideas with us an we will make sure to tell the world! Thanks to all the instructors for making us feel welcome and helping us have a go.

04.01.2022 The team spent the past two days in the South West of the state presenting to a number of clubs, associations, recreation centers and community groups. It was great to see how passionate everyone is about their region and to hear about some of the great programs that are happening in the area! @dlgscsouthwest
