16.01.2022 Notice to all clients, Thank you for your support. There is lots going on at the moment. It will mean some changes including reduced availability for the time being, we will do our best to accomodate you and communicate availability once confirmed. Existing clients will have priority for bookings & we can’t take on new clients. For now until a roster adjustment is confirmed, online bookings have been turned off please DM the page for availability (there’s not much left for June) and July bookings won’t be taken until confirmed. Thank you for your understanding.

15.01.2022 Thank you to our clients, you may have noticed we are pretty busy up to 2 weeks booked in advance with an occasional wait list. This change is not due to any single occurrence, however the change will mean we will hopefully not be left empty handed or backlogged for the remainder of the day and have suitable time to contact someone waiting for an earlier appointment and fill the gap. We will most definitely still accomodate early arrivals or later departures and specific time... slots for those with time pressures or travelling - as arranged. Please if you are running late, need to change or cancel your appointment please advise us. We do understand things happen, as can also happen with us. Twice missed appointments will require payment in advance to rebook. THERE IS NO CHANGE TO EXISTING BOOKINGS - THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

14.01.2022 This is GDR Juppy - after a very rushed / incomplete spruce. OMG, I don’t do before and after because it’s not about shaming people but DAMN this poor possum must feel AMAZING. He was aesthetically and emotionally a wreck when he arrived, some kindness, a bath, clip (rid of his matted mess) he was reborn and ready to leave his past behind him and make his date with Sanford Veterinary Clinic. It was so lovely to later receive some relaxed pics of Juppy and be told that he had come out of his shell and was settling beautifully. #onwardsandupwards #ikeptmyfingers

10.01.2022 Hi Customers of TSW POOCH SPRUCE, since Soroja I have not been able to access the Business App. Monday’s clients I will be in touch ASAP if I haven’t already co...nfirmed your reschedule. Wednesday clients it will all be reliant on power restoration unfortunately and again will be in touch as soon as I can to reschedule. 09.01.2022 Maggie is a Great Dane pup, she’s taking to the hydro bath - fine once in but not yet keen on self loading. We’ll keep working on it, she is a gem with the pedicure part though.

02.01.2022 DE-SHED - it’s our preference over shaving a double coat breed. PUPPY CUTS - it doesn’t mean we HAVE to shave your dog bald - BUT starting early is the key. MITZI - requires no explanation she’s just a cute senior that’s HAPPY. Any and all services can be tailored to your preference/requirements (except where matting is concerned) we aim to shape character within your requirements and coat care ability for a unique finish.

02.01.2022 When the sweetest clients walk in your door. It’s cookies and cream OREO. His Mum looked after his fluffy coat beautifully but today he had it all off. #melt
