25.01.2022 Change of seasons, feeling like you’ve been doing too much and about to come down with something - sounds familiar! When I feel like that I know I need an immunity boost. Thankfully I’m covered with natural support with essential oils that I know work for my health. Here’s a DIY blend for immunity that I use. Keeps the germs at bay and lessens the time of recovery if already feeling hit. It's a must every time I travel and in change of seasons. .... Add the following doterra essential oils to a 5ml bottle with roller ball top. , . Tea Tree - 5 drops On Guard (Protective Blend) - 5 drops Lemon - 8 drops Frankincense - 5 drops Oregano - 5 drops Fill up the rest of the 5ml roller to the top with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) for easy application. If a child or have sensitivity make in a 10ml instead of 5ml. Take it with you anywhere. Apply to the bottom of your feet and the back of your neck, throat. . Oregano is often called 'nature’s antibiotic' and is one of the most potent and powerful essentials oils. It’s been used for centuries in traditional health practices for its cleansing and immune-balancing properties. . . . Tea Tree, On Guard, Lemon all have strong immune boosting, bug killing qualities and when combined with Frankincense often known as the "healing or king" of oils, it's a winner.
