15.01.2022 To all TTGDCC people, We are advising the below following regarding Premier Steven Marshall’s announcement late yesterday in relation to the management of the current COVID outbreak in SA. All outdoor and indoor community sport matches and training sessions have been cancelled for the next 14 days.... Further advice will be provided in due course. This announcement includes all levels of community cricket in SA, including premier, community club, school competitions and Woolworths Cricket Blast programs. SA Health has highlighted a number of venues of concern and any person that has visited these venues should follow the relevant direction to seek testing, self-isolate and monitor for symptoms. Details of these locations are available on the SA Health website here. We appreciate that there is a level of uncertainty being faced by all. The health and wellbeing of our cricket community is our key priority and we thank you for observing the government advice which is available here. We will continue to provide updates as information is made available and I encourage you to contact me if you require anything further at this stage. Effective immediately there are no functions to be held at the club and people are advised not to enter until advised to do so. Please stay safe and well. 10.01.2022 Good evening all, As you are all aware, 2020 has been a year of ups and downs. Effective December 1st, any time you enter the TTG club room you will need to sign in via the QR code that will be posted by the Entrance (Office end) and Exit (kitchen end) doors. In order to do this you will need to have the mySA GOV app installed on your phone or any QR reader from google play or apple App Store Signing into the QR code for COVID-19 contact tracing is a mandatory requirement i...n order to be allowed into the club room. It is imperative that we follow these regulations if we want the club room to remain open. If you do not have a smart phone or have left it at home, manual paperwork must be filled in at the door before you will be allowed into the club room. Sanitiser will continue to be supplied and social distancing of one person per 1.5 square metres is in effect. Food and drinks must still only be consumed while seated inside the club, all other rules will be posted on signage around club so please take note. We understand that this may be an inconvenience and we thank you for your patience and assistance with these new rules. Thank you for all your support on this matter and making our club a safe one. Horns up
