13.01.2022 Hello , As our regular patients know, we are fully booked majority of the time with both of our doctors. However, we have been offering a cancellation list for patients who may have not been able to secure an appointment, as soon as we receive the cancellation, we offer the available slot to the waiting patients. Recently we’ve comes across many non attendeds for the appointments which is not fair for patients who require urgent care and have been on the cancellation list. We all have busy lives and understand when you are unable to notify us but for future reference we encourage you to notify us beforehand, so that we can offer your appointment for another paitent on the cancellation list. From Monday 30th March 2020 we will be offering Tele-Health (Telephone) consultations between the hours of 8am - 4pm . Still we provide childhood immunisations and flu vaccinations where you have to call the practice for bookings . (Please be patient as our phone lines have been inundated recently) Maternity clinic will be open for our pregnant Mothers and the Midwife will call you in advance and decide if the physical presence to the practice is needed or not.
