If your house has a kitchen, lounge, theatre/games room, 3 bedrooms, ensuite & bathroom that is just under $1200 and your equipment has to work with Google Home for it to remotely work. The house was 1.4 mill with over 7000 square feet, new build. The realtor had music playing on a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen because the house didnt have any speakers nor speaker wire ran anywhere in the home. No wiring for WAP or any sort of control system. What in the hell are these custom home builders thinking!? Here is a picture of all the wiring in the house.
