01.01.2022 Do your knives live up to the test? Everyone needs sharp knives in their kitchen. It’s something we use each day and can save us so much time when they work well.... Often we get used to working with what we have and don’t even realise how much better they could be. I like to do the tomato test. If your knife can easily cut through a tomato, then you know it’s working well. If you can’t, they need a good sharpen or maybe an upgrade!
