20.01.2022 Mongolian beef and fried rice. I shredded my beef up but I didn't get rid of the excess sauce so it doesn't look the best but it is so yummy. Will have to make it again and use less sauce.
19.01.2022 Summer is Coming Strawberry Lassi Ingredients ... 250 g punnet fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved 2 tbsp caster sugar 1/4 tsp ground cardamom Pinch salt 1 cup plain yoghurt (full fat or low-fat) 1/2 cup milk Ice cubes, to serve Rosewater flavour, to serve Instructions Clean fresh rose petals or pomegranate arils, to garnish Place strawberries, sugar, cardamom and salt into an Extra Chef. Lock in cover and pull cord several times until finely chopped. Add yoghurt and milk and blend until smooth. Pour into tumblers with ice and flavour with rosewater. Garnish as you wish. Double the recipe to serve 4.
