22.01.2022 A five-year study conducted by neuroscientists examined the impact of music instruction on kids’ social, emotional and cognitive development. The study results... suggest that as little as two years of music training can boost a child’s brain power in areas responsible for decision-making, giving them the ability to focus attention and inhibit impulses (a combo that comes in handy in the classroom). 13.01.2022 Some people have asked me why my pre schooler music classes are so inexpensive. My answer is this: This is the time when music lessons are most important... when a child’s brain is developing so fast and learning so quickly. Quality music lessons at a young age can help set up the building blocks for learning, assure good rhythm and pitch early on and actually influence neural pathways in the brain for the better. Often small children have mum at home or in part time work and extras like music aren’t affordable at this crucial time. I want to make them a possibility for all parents to access.
