25.01.2022 FAQ What if my planner hasn’t included plan management in my plan? If your plan is in draft, and hasn’t been lodged with NDIA, you can call your planner and request to have plan management included in your budget.... If your plan has already been approved by NDIA, you can either request a review or include plan management at your next review.

24.01.2022 FAQ If I choose Plan Management, who holds the money? NDIA holds the money for your plan. Your providers invoice your plan manager directly for payment, or they can email/send their invoices to you, and you can forward them on to your plan manager.... Your plan manager will upload the invoices to the NDIA via the Myplace portal, and the expense will be recorded against your plan. NDIA will pay your plan manager for the invoice, and then your plan manager will pay your provider. This process should only take around 7 days, depending on your plan managers upload frequency. TCPM expect to be uploading invoices on a weekly basis, ensuring your providers are paid quickly.

01.01.2022 FAQ Does plan management come out of my capacity building budget? No, plan management is ADDITIONAL to your other supports. Although plan management is a capacity building support, it’s located in the support category Improved Life Choices, meaning, you can request plan management AS WELL AS, your other capacity building supports.
