25.01.2022 WOSE - Day 5 Today was an amazing end to a week of spiritual highs. A powerful message from Pr Dan, beautiful items and a bunch of decisions made to follow Jesus! Thank you to all who have been involved in the organisation of WOSE, through the items, the dramas, the messages, the decorations, the sound desk and more. Thank you for using your talents for His glory.



25.01.2022 What an excellent morning in celebration of our Kindy’s learning all 45 eCODE sounds! Thank you parents for the enormous effort you put in to your children’s emoji costumes and for coming along to support the drive-by parade this morning. Thank you also for your generosity in raising money for ‘Stop The Trafficking’.

24.01.2022 On Wednesday, our canteen volunteers worked frantically for the Athletics Carnival to prepare nearly three times the amount of lunches for our hungry competitors, parents and staff. A big thank you to Melonie, Ethne and the team for the love that goes into these meals. It was a helpful contribution to a blessed day!

21.01.2022 WOSE - Day 2 The program included another riveting drama act, two beautiful special items, and a powerful reminder from Pr Dan that Jesus is truly the only thing that satisfies us!

20.01.2022 Our Seniors have been studying hard over the past few weeks in preparation for their HSC Trial Exams. Trials commence tomorrow and go through until Friday. Please keep our Seniors in your prayers as they sit their exams and remember to be quiet around campus this week

20.01.2022 WOSE - Day 1 Our Secondary Week of Spiritual Emphasis (WOSE) is off to a powerful start! A highlight of today’s program was the drama, which will continue throughout the week. Our speaker, Dan Christie, shared a powerful message as we begin to discover what Jesus really meant when He called himself ‘I AM’. It’s never been more relevant than now!

19.01.2022 WOSE DAY 5 Our week ended powerfully as Mr Moore shared how Jesus is the Light that would not go out - He died for us and rose again We had the opportunity to accept what He’s done for us and respond. We were challenged to spend time with Him so we can reflect His light and GLOW We want to thank the Year 6 class for their involvement and leadership during Primary WOSE this week! From operating the back desk and cameras, to illustrating our memory verses and participating up the front, we couldn’t have done it without you!



19.01.2022 The Murwillumbah Seventh-day Adventist Church are offering a special program to tackle some of the big questions about the future. The world is providing so many conflicting messages about these topics, so come and hear Pr Ashley Smith as he combines history with scripture to provide real answers and comfort in these troubling times. The program is running this weekend in the MPC at Tweed Valley Adventist College and everyone is welcome to attend.

18.01.2022 Farewell Year 12! There has been a mix of emotions over the past few days, happy and excited for our graduating class to be finished, but sad that they will no longer be around TVAC. Yesterday we enjoyed the Year 12 Final Chapel, in which we were able to reflect on the impact each of you have had within our school. And today you organised a mufti day and fundraiser through a ‘Bid for Good’ and offered yourselves to serve our school community. A total of $2221 was raised ...which will go towards next years Vanuatu project - thank you everyone for your generosity towards this cause. Here is just a glimpse of the past two days

15.01.2022 YEAR 12 FINAL DAY THIS FRIDAY In celebration of our Year 12 class completing their schooling journey we have organised a ‘Bid for Good’ where money will be raised in order for our Year 12 class to serve within our school community for the day. There will also be a mufti day with a multicultural theme! All money raised from the day will go towards next years Vanuatu project. Please note that students are to abide by the ‘Non-Uniform Dress Guidelines’ available under resources tab on the app. Money raised must be in by 9am on Thursday morning.

10.01.2022 At the request of a number of our families to attend the Athletics Carnival tomorrow, our Admin Committee met today to reconsider our initial position which was to prevent parents from attending. This decisions has been CHANGED and parents WILL be able to attend tomorrow provided they follow the outlined safety guidelines. Please familiarise yourself with what will be expected tomorrow, and thank you for working with us to ensure the safety of our community.

10.01.2022 Primary Week Of Spiritual Emphasis (WOSE) has just begun and God is already moving. We are very blessed to have Matt Moore as the speaker and the theme is perfectly placed to strengthen our calling as Sons and Daughters of God. We will keep you updated throughout the week.

08.01.2022 DRESS UP DAY - NEXT TUESDAY In celebration of learning all 45 of our eCODE sounds we have decided to dress up as our favourite emoji. This is a fun way to show off our sound knowledge and raise funds for ‘Stop the Trafficking’. This fundraiser aims to raise money to stop human trafficking in its tracks. Remember to bring a gold coin donation!

07.01.2022 INFORMATION NIGHT - MONDAY - 6:30pm We are living in uncertain times and this has caused anxiety and depression levels to dramatically increase in our region. Depression can reach into every aspect of our lives - relationships, our physical health and well being, our employment and rob us of our hope and joy. TVAC are hosting Dr Neil Nedley’s Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program. Our free information night on Monday will include registration + course dates. If you know of someone who may benefit from this program please invite them!

06.01.2022 WOSE - Day 4 Today’s program featured more dramatic and musical talent as a number of our Secondary students used their gifts to glorify God. Pr Dan inspired us with a message about how Jesus truly is the Way, the Truth, the Life (John 14:6), and how he’s experienced this personally. We’re excited by the way God is moving here this week!

03.01.2022 WOSE - Day 3 Today we were blessed with more musical items and another exciting scene in this week’s drama. Pr Dan unpacked what Jesus meant when He said ‘I am the Good Shepherd’ and challenged us to allow Him to lead our lives!

03.01.2022 Athletics carnival this Wednesday! Due to COVID-19, we have been advised to keep on campus visitors to a minimum. Unfortunately this means that parents will not be able to attend the carnival this year. Please also be reminded that students are to travel to and from school in full sports uniform. We are looking forward to an excellent day and to sharing photos and results with you soon.

02.01.2022 WOSE DAY 4 Today’s program featured another quiz, a drama and item hosted by our Year 6 class. We discovered through a glow stick activity with Mr Moore that it’s our connection with Jesus that makes us GLOW
