10.01.2022 A big happy birthday to our NX legend Alf Lakin! 80 years strong today and still training in the sport he loves Over the past 2 weeks Alf has competed in a Duathlon and an 8km run. He was the oldest in both events and finished in good shape. Later this month he will be doing his first triathlon for the season and in November he will be doing a World Qualifying Duathlon for next year's World Championships.... Keep doing what you love and inspiring others Alf - have a fantastic day and see you on the start line soon!
