22.01.2022 I have one thing to say to all Toowoomba businesses today. IT DOESN'T COST ANYTHING TO BE KIND. I had a lady trying to help her son find work experience in the field of video production. Unfortunately I couldn't help her out, but listed a couple of local companies I know of that she could contact and wished her son good luck in his chosen passion as it's a hard one to break into. ... I was saddened when she responded to me to tell me, that I was the kindest response she had had, as she and her son had contacted 8 local businesses. Most didn't bother to respond and one appalling human being apparently laughed at her son over the phone and said "No". To this careless business owner. This boy is trying to aspire to someday run a business or work in the same field as you, have some compassion as I'm sure you were a student once with the same aspirations. Even if you can't take on a work experience student do not break their spirit, give them guidance and wish them well, DON'T BE AN ASSHOLE!! To all Toowoomba businesses make CUSTOMER SERVICE your first priority as your customers are your bread and butter, your best advertiser and fellow community members. I always praise people on their good customer service because people only usually hear complaints rather than praise. BE KIND IT WON'T COST YOUR BUSINESS A CENT. PLEASE SHARE YOUR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES IN THE COMMENTS BELOW. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU.
