12.01.2022 A message from our founder: 12 months ago was one of the greatest nights of my life. I pulled off the biggest event of my career, alongside my amazing Twin Hearts Inc committee. We raised a phenomenal amount of money, danced the night away and collected a heap of new subscribers to Samuel Johnson and Love Your Sister Fuck Cancer Bank. We were supposed to be doing this all again this weekend, but you know. Covid. I knew this would hit me hard but I have been crying all morning. Four years getting Twin Hearts to where it was and it has been taken completely away from us this year. 11.01.2022 A statement from our President and Founder: 2020 has already been proven to be a stressful, unusual, and confusing time for everyone. For Twin Hearts, it has meant that we have had to cancel our entire events calendar for the year. As I sit here writing this at the end of June, we are no closer to knowing when restrictions will ease further, or when we will be able to plan and reschedule our events. BUT we will not give up! ... Whilst things have been tough for us, we also know that things have been even harder for many of the organisations we have supported and wish to support in the coming years, as well as all of the local businesses we are so passionate about supporting. So we are even more determined than ever to forge forward with the work that we do to ensure we can help as many people as we can, both here and in Tanzania. We held an incredibly successful Mothers Day Raffle which enabled us to raise enough funds to not only cover our registration and insurance costs for the year, but also make a $500 donation to a very well deserving local organisation, which we will be announcing in the coming week! We will be back. And we will not only be rescheduling the events we have cancelled, but we will also be bringing you some huge, new, unique, fun and inspiring events for the whole family!
