22.01.2022 FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS Alissa, Elle & Danni wish you ALL wonderful Christmas packed with breakfast champagnes, food comas and good times with your loved & little ones!

22.01.2022 R E F I N A N C E The term funding facility is due to expire in June meaning that the cheap money the government released as part of the COVID support package will be no more. You will notice fixed rates start to creep back up, although we do anticipate the variable rate will remain low for the foreseeable future. ... If you haven’t reviewed your home loan lately, NOW is the time to get in touch. We can pretty quickly review your circumstances and provide you with options to either, keep you with your existing lender (and negotiate your rate down - yes, we can do that for you!) or move your banking elsewhere. Time is money. We would love to hear from you! [email protected] 0477 111 359 or 0477 111 649

16.01.2022 E S M E & G R A C E - Aged 4 We got such a laugh (and a little bit emotional) reading our Storypark update from Daycare today. It’s National Families Week and our 4 year old girls were very forthcoming in telling their class about what their mummies do! They had everyone pretending to work on their computers and phones ... Grace also informed her class that her whole family eat Cheerios for breakfast #truestory Thank you @fitkidzlearningcentres for the shoutout and for taking such good care of our precious little ones while we are working. We you guys!

16.01.2022 K N O W I N G Y O U R O P T I O N S With a database full of working women, we get asked on the reg about options for your mortgage in the instance you were to go on maternity leave. Many lenders are flexible and will allow you to reduce your repayments for a period of time (subject to approval). We can help you navigate this if / when the time comes.. or even discuss your options in advance. ... Alternatively, if you are currently on maternity leave and you would like to borrow... good news is, it is not always a deal breaker. Many lenders will accept your return to work income with a letter from your employer stating the leave period and your recommencement salary. Lenders will also take into consideration factors such as equity in your home, savings in the bank, any government benefits / paid maternity leave and expected duration of leave. If you have any questions about maternity leave or how it could affect you, we would be delighted to chat! See more

15.01.2022 P O S I T I V E V I B E S Setting the tone for 2021 We have been so incredibly lucky to have worked with so many wonderful Clients, we truly appreciate your kind words and feedback!

13.01.2022 H O L I D A Y S We are closing (for the first time!) over the Christmas break, to spend some well deserved time out with our families. We will however, be closely monitoring our deals in progress, and our daily emails during this time. Urgent matters will most definitely be taken care of.

13.01.2022 Great article by Annabel Crabb for the ABC breaking down the FY22 budget and how it compares to previous years, specifically around policies for women. The overwhelming feedback is the budget is not perfect (tbh, what budget ever is?!). It has been touted as a "short term-sweetener" that still doesn't address much larger issues such as women's wages & job quality BUT, all in all, it is a vast improvement on previous years!

12.01.2022 P R E - A P P R O V A L S In short. Its a good idea. BUT why you ask...? CONFIRMS YOUR BORROWING CAPACITY... Online calculators can give you a general indication of what you might be able to borrow but they don’t check lender policy or confirm what size repayment you’ll be able to make after you meet your other financial commitments. SAVES TIME ON THE PROPERTY SEARCH Imagine spending a lot of time looking for your dream home, only to be rejected because you can’t secure finance. Getting a pre-approval will avoid wasted effort looking at properties you can’t afford, and prevent disappointment. GIVES YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE In a competitive property market, it’s important to move FAST. Pre-approval gives you the ability to make an offer on a property on the spot, with the confidence of knowing you’ll be able to get the finance organised quickly. PROTECTS YOUR DEPOSIT Before you hand over your deposit money, it pays to make sure you can get the home loan you need to complete the purchase. If there is issues with your eligibility or a lender won’t approve the amount you need, you could potentially lose your hard-earned deposit. 2021 is predicted to be a BIG year for the property market, so if you're thinking of purchasing, PLEASE reach out and we can start the process now! 11.01.2022 T H E E V E Between us we have 4 kids, aged 4 & under and the excitement levels are at an all time HIGH! We are very much looking forward to Christmas and to see the joy & excitement on their little faces. For months we've been bribing the kids with threats of 'telling Santa' and there will be no advent calendar chocolate today not too sure what we have in our artillery for the next 11 months of year! #regroup We're praying for reason...able bed times and a respectable wake up tomorrow... although the littlest one currently has a wonderful habit of waking at 430am... great for cramming in all of the jobs, not so good for sanity or coffee habits! #seasonedpro Bring on all the craziness that comes with Christmas... and kids in general! 07.01.2022 K I D S Between us we have 4 under 4.5... we can best describe it as living in a blender with no lid. One day at a time We love them fiercely but our days in the office are quite often welcomed with open arms!
