18.01.2022 To help support local we are releasing the first of our All Aussie FWK range. All ingredients are from Australian products. We have achieved this FWK range with the collaboration of @cryermalt and @hopproductsaustralia . The Malts and hops are all grown in Australia and supplied by @cryermalt, @barrettburstonmalting and @hopproductsaustralia. The yeast is from Mauribrew! All Aussie Lager FWK is a golden full body lager with a slightly bitter finish. Colour is about 5EBC and bitterness of 26IBU. @ TWOC Brewing Supplies

18.01.2022 Do you know your cleaning chemicals? Sodium Percarbonate: is used with water to be a very effective cleaner for all types of brewing equipment (Eg. beer lines, pots, fermenters). Sodium Metabisulphite: is used with water as an equipment sanitiser (steriliser). This can sanitise fermenting vessels, bottles, hoses, plastic and wood materials. You should clean equipment prior to the use of this product.... Pink Neo: is used with water for washing and sanitising in one hit. This can be used in kegs, beer lines, bottles, general equipment and fermenters. You do not require to soak for any length of time. Direction of amounts are on each product.
