23.01.2022 We love the sound of the local fisherman’s boat engine. It means fresh hand caught lobsters and line caught deep sea fish (poulet) delivered straight to our beach. 20.01.2022 Welcome! We are proud of our ‘local only’ service delivery team. Santo is an emerging tourism destination and the pool of hospitality professionals is very small. Providing young staff the opportunity to learn the trade is very rewarding (and sometimes challenging!). We will be closing our site for 2 weeks in February for a soft refurbishment and to implement a new food and drinks menu.
