This weekend sees the introduction of the Covid Marshal at sporting events. Our Marshal will have a blue vest on and will be responsible for ensuring that:... Venue capacity is not exceeded Physical distancing is maintained Infection control requirements in our Covid Safe Plan are met If you are approached and requested to do something by the Marshal please make sure you comply as our ability to continue to have a season depends on us complying with SA Health requirements. As a reminder we all need to: Stay away if you are unwell, Maintain the 1.5mtr physical distancing, Use the sanitiser that is available, Be seated when consuming alcohol around the ground or under the verandah, Be seated when consuming food or drink within the clubrooms, Use cashless payment where possible, and No standing at the bars. Today at the Snowtown oval the 2020 Northern Plains Female Football competition comes to an end with a finals day. All teams will play ie 5v6, 3v4 and grandfinal of 1v2. Our U17 girls finished 4th and will play 3rd placed South Clare to fight it out for 3rd place. This game will be played at 11:00am Our U14 girls finished second with 4 wins and over 400% and will play off against Mallala for the premiership. This game will be played at 12:00 noon. Please read and understand them, and comply with any direction provided. PRE & POSTMATCH ACTIVITIES/PRESENTATIONS... Can we have team banners? SA Health stipulates that only players and officials have access to the oval, therefore banners and guards of honour arent permitted. OVAL & CHANGEROOM ACCESS - SA Health stipulates that only players and officials have access to the oval, therefore kick and catch is not permitted. - SA Health stipulates that only players and officials have access to the oval, therefore only players and officials involved in the presentation are permitted onground after the match. - As per minor rounds, access to changerooms is limited to essential personnel only (players, coaches and support staff). No access for nonessential personnel such as anyone who is considered a spectator (ie: board/committee members, sponsors) - As per SA Health guidelines for Sporting Changerooms, only water is to be consumed in changerooms with no food permitted. You cannot have a drink in the changeroom postgame? What restrictions are there on postmatch presentations? Postmatch presentations can occur and should comply with COVIDSafe practices ensuring individuals are physically distanced, as well as limit nonessential touching (ie: hand shaking). No spectators are permitted on the oval. 10.01.2022 APFL message - Attention all who are attending the Grand Final. There are a few changes that we ALL have to accept and follow Grand final day. These are stipulations from SA Health. ... ONLY PLAYERS AND OFFICALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE OVAL DURING THE WHOLE DAY This means no spectators at all during the day on the oval. No quarter time huddles No kicking footy by spectators before, during or after games No running out to congratulate players post game No sitting on the oval. Etc etc etc After the match teams will do a lap of honour so you get to see them but please dont come onto the oval. Presentation will be near the spectators fence for your photo opportunities. Banners can be held by officials on the oval so water boys, trainers, team managers and coaches. But No spectators. Dont mean to be blunt but we dont want to be shut down half way through cause people arent following the rules. This all comes from SA Health so dont shoot the messenger.

U17s Two Wells 2-10 lost to South Clare 5-4 Goals: Montana Panella 1, Ellie Bell 1 Best: Madison Carter, Brenna McDougall, Sara Walton, Tanaya Robertson. A great game well fought out by the girls as you can see accuracy in front of goals was the difference in what was a fairly even game. U14s Two Wells 2-3 lost to Mallala 5-7 Goals: Amber Platt 1, Izabella Faruggia 1 Best: Amber Platt, Chelsea Warner, Hayley Walton, Alycia Presland The girls started well but a 3 goal second quarter by Mallala was telling in the end. It was pleasing to see the girls fight out the game to the end in what was a very physical contest. Well done on getting so close.
