23.01.2022 Fun facts Did you know we’re a not for profit, committee run club? We set up and pack away our ‘gym’ every training session... The equipment we use has been purchased through the generosity of our community and gymnasts families. None of our coaches are paid, it’s all for the love of the sport & children. We love seeing the kids smiling faces and watching the kids grow up 2020 has been rough for our town and their positive energy makes it so much brighter!

23.01.2022 We’d like to say a BIG Thankyou to all the families that helped run our Bunnings BBQ on Sunday and who turned up to purchase a sausage sizzle!! We had a fantastic day with the sun shining and smiles all round! Thankyou!!

19.01.2022 It’s our end of year raffle time and this year we’ve generously been donated a nights stay at the kings point retreat as well as other amazing donations from betta electrical, Mollymook fine wines and ales, south ulladulla meat market harbour bookshop & Cadbury! Tickets are $1 each - raffle drawn 14 Dec! We’re raising funds to be able to move into the Dunn Lewis Centre and the sprung floor alone is upwards of $80k!... All children will have raffle tickets sent home this week! Happy selling!

Eden has definitely been using her vouchers and keeping on top of her strength program! we caught her carrying the beam back into the store room at the end of the night!... Talk about girl power We’re so lucky to have such a great team

15.01.2022 COVID HOUSEKEEPING Just a reminder for our COVID housekeeping procedures in place. Please arrive to your class on time. ... Parents are NOT permitted entry onto the High School grounds. A coach will be waiting at the gate for your child to arrive & all children will be escorted back to their parents at the completion of the class. All children have had their fees sent home with them. Please ensure payments are returned with those details attached. Sanitiser must be regularly used. We are frequently sanitising the equipment. Do not attend class if you have been to a hot spot or anyone in the household has flu like symptoms. There has been another case in Batemans Bay with more information yet to be advised. Please do not attend your class if you have been in the area. We appreciate your help in stopping the spread!

12.01.2022 GRAB YOUR DIARY! Parents & Carers! We’ve just been informed we’re unable to utilise the High School Hall during week 9 of this term. (14th through to the 18th Sept) There will be NO GYM during that time.... Please mark your diaries and share with you gym friends. Emails will be sent out also. Kindergym will run as per normal While we have your attention, we would like to say a big Thank you for adapting to our temporary changes due to COVID. We appreciate your dedication to keeping our club safe!

NO EMAIL = NO ATTENDANCE!... You will be turned away If you attend a class without prior arrangement. Please keep our team safe and do not attend class if you have any flu like symptoms or recently visited a COVID hot spot! Don’t forget to apply for your 2nd active kids voucher!! 09.01.2022 Recently, with the help of @royallifesaving NSW, we purchased a Defibrillator to keep in the gym! Regional Manager Carly, from Royal Life Saving NSW Illawarra, very generously came down from Wollongong on a Friday afternoon to train all our coaches! Thank you for your time and knowledge Carly!

06.01.2022 All our classes will finally resume tomorrow!! Whose coming along? You must confirm your attendance via email before coming! Due to COVID, we will have to turn away anyone who has not previously emailed! Please don’t put us in that awkward position.... 03.01.2022 Kindergym is back on again this week! Have you emailed through your confirmation of attendance? No confirmation = no attendance! Gymnastics NSW asks that families that have been into Victoria or a recent hot spot DO NOT ATTEND GYMNASTICS CLASSES & advise their gymnastics club Please do your part to keep Ulladulla Gymnastics coaches & members safe. Do not put our coaches in the awkward position of having to deny your child access to our classes, at the door. ... Depending on the hot spot, they’re are two types of actions required; 1. Monitor symptoms and get tested if symptoms arise 2. Immediate testing and 14 days of isolation regardless of the test result. To check the locations near you, please click the link in our comments. 02.01.2022 Classes start back this term! Kindergym will recommence Monday 20th July. Classes at the High School will recommence Monday 3rd August.... Bookings MUST be made prior to attending. 01.01.2022 CONGRATULATIONS to our wonderful coach Mikkyla for completing completing year 12!! 2020 has certainly been rough, but in true Mikki style & with her naturally positive attitude, she pushed on and has already been accepted into uni for 2021! Congratulations Mikki! We’re very proud of you!
