15.01.2022 What is your goal? Strength, general fitness or crafting a physique? Your style of training needs to reflect this. If you want strength low reps and heavy arse weight, general fitness weight that you can push yourself for 8 -12 reps and for hypertrophy 12 plus. Remember whatever you choose you want to be working at a RPE8 plus.... Yet dont forget if your nutrition and recovery is not right your wasting all that quality training.. Currently I am trying to build strength. I do from 6 - 8 reps depending on the exercise. Today was conventional deadlift , 180kg for 3 sets of 6 reps. High load and slow tempo.
