24.01.2022 Good morning guys!!! What are you cooking for dinner today? Im trying a new recipe. Listed below. With a pickie 18month old that refuses to eat im hoping this one is a hit!!! Greek chicken tray bake... Tinned whole potatoes (drained) 400grams 1 punnet cherry tomatoes 1 lemon sliced 1/2 cup kalamata olives 500grams diced chicken thighs Olive oil 1 glove garlic 1 tbsp oregano 1tsp smoked paprika 200grans reduced fat feta 1/2cup tzatziki Preheat the oven 200c Scatter potatoes, tomatoes, lemon and olives onto the tray, add chicken thighs and sprinkle with oil. Sprinkle garlic, paprika and oregano over the too and back for 10mins or until chicken and veggies are cooked. Serve with feta and tzatziki on top.

Now there are some ground rules we need to follow to make sure we stay covidsafe while also smashing out workouts.... 1. No Masks No Entry 2. No Towel No Entry (Bring Full Size Towel) 3. Bring a water bottle 4. Maintain 1.5m distance at all times 5. Disinfect equipment after each use 6. Temperatures will be taken at entry so if you feel unwell, wait it out. 7. Be respectful to our staff. We all trying our best. 8. If you see a Covid breach by another patron, please notify the staff immediately to rectify. 9. Not following the rules, you will be kicked out of the facility. 10. You will also be required to sign a health declaration form upon entry in the facility (one time only). 08.01.2022 Just be careful during this lockdown as people are going crazy from being so isolated! I've actually just been talking about this with the microwave and toaster who were having a heated discussion with the oven and all of us agreed that things are getting bad. I didn't mention anything to the washing machine as she puts a different spin on everything and certainly not to the fridge as he is acting cold and distant. The vacuum just believes we all need to suck it up but the lamp had some views which were very enlightening, unlike the toilet who just thinks everything’s turned to shit. In the end the iron straightened me out as she said everything will be fine as no situation is too pressing! Good thing the car is in the garage because he would’ve driven us all round the bend. 07.01.2022 A great breaky or a snack. Banana pancakes 1/2cup of almond meal 1 banana 3eggs... Coconut oil Blend all together (i use a ninja), heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a frypan, make little picklets. Top with more banana and honey if you like. Always a hit in my house
