25.01.2022 Did it work in the past? If you have been after the same goals for a few years and your not getting any closer to them , something has to give. Take a look a what you have been doing and then a deeper look at why that probably isn’t working for you. I’m not saying you gotta work harder but you definitely have to be smarter with how you approach it, for example: if you are looking to have more energy and lose a couple of kg’s by just training harder/ more frequently without looking at your food and hydration your gonna be stuck in the mud for a while.

24.01.2022 The importance of challenging the mind through a workout. I can go on and on about the importance of a strong mind but we would be here for years, so let me shorten this up a bit, it’s super important for us to keep the mind engaged through whatever movement we are doing. Just like everything else in our bodies the mind can and will fatigue at some point throughout the day, this makes it hard for us to focus and be engaged in whatever we are supposed to be doing. Testing the mind through intensive challenging workouts at least 1-2 a week will boost your minds endurance and focus to whatever your chosen task is through out the day. #ULF #penrithgrouptraining #penrithpersonaltrainer

20.01.2022 Being it Friday we are at the end of the week for most individuals, you might be clocking off from your job soon but this does not mean you clock off from your goals. There are many temptations that lurk through the weekend looking to stray you away from your goals, if it holds no purpose in seeing you through to your end goal do not waste the energy. Goals are a lot of work and require full commitment. If your looking to level up on your training, I am looking at taking on more clientele that are interested in learning and want to train in a small group environment. PM me if you are interested. #personaltrainerpenrith #penrith #penrithmums

18.01.2022 Number 1 tip to increase mobility: Mobility is a big part of training when looking to increase strength, fitness and overall health. When an individual is able to increase there mobility there movement patterns become a lot better and as such the individual is able to access strong positions in exercise. If you’ve had some sort of sporting background chances are you’ve probably spent some time in warm up doing some mobility drills, I.e. shoulder swings, neck rolls, ankle rol...ls. Number 1 tip to increase your mobility is spend about 5-10mins before you start any exercise session and take your joints through different ranges of motion, particularly your hips. Best way to take your hip joints through some mobility is some frog squats or some light goblet squats. #penrithfitness #personaltrainingpenrith #warragamba

18.01.2022 How To Create Motivation Let’s start by looking at what motivation is, motivation is simply an emotion that you feel. This emotion of feeling motivated usually invites itself into our life when we’ve created a goal/idea of what or where you want to be in the future. The problem with emotions is they are different day in day out. What felt like an amazing idea before you went to bed all of a sudden seems like a bad one when the alarm clock goes off. In saying that motivation i...s crucial for your goals, but it is discipline that is needed to complete it. So how do we stay as motivated as we were when we started out on the mission, as we are all human and different days hold different emotions. 1. you need to have a CLEAR goal in front of you. Seriously know exactly where or what you want to be. This could be big or small. 2. set small obtainable goals for yourself to achieve along the way.( a road map of how your going to get there) 3. stay COMMITTED this is probably the most important of them all, being committed to your goal that you have set for yourself will create the motivation everyday through your own actions. #penrithpersonaltrainer #penrithtraining #Penrithgrouptraining

18.01.2022 What are the biggest struggles for your fitness goal?

18.01.2022 Why there’s no such thing as a superfood...... Diet is not as easy as one size fits all, yes there’s a general baseline of foods that will fit most peoples dietary needs but what might be working for one individual doesn’t necessarily mean it will work for another. There is no it food that will cure all your problems, sure there are some really great healthy foods that will help you alot along your journey. But there is not one specific itfood. Don’t get the wool pulled over your eyes with latest marketing craze superfood. #ultimatelifestylefitness #penrithhealthandfitness #penrithfitness

17.01.2022 Work smarter not harder I’m sure you’ve heard this saying at least once in your life time. Take a deep look into your training routine, is your training as effective as it can be. Most of us in this day and age are working long hours and have a fair commute back and forth with not a whole lot of energy and motivation to train. This is why it is absolutely crucial that your programming doesn’t require endless hours in the gym, it needs to be flexible and be able to work a...round your lifestyle while at the same time effectively working towards your goals. If you need a leg up with your training routine or looking to find out how to get the most out of your training you can PM me or get in touch through www.ultimatelifestylefitness.com.au #penrithfitness #penrithmums #penrith

16.01.2022 Biggest reason that stops people from getting there exercise in is they don’t have time, life can get pretty busy with family, kids, work, looking after the house and the list can keep piling up through the day. Best tip I can give you to get around this hurdle is get up half an hour earlier then your usual wake up, this is literally all the time you need to get your exercise in for the day and you’ll be ready and waiting for whatever the day has to throw at you. If your looking for some exercises to do at home head over to my insta page and click the link in the bio. #penrithfitness #penrithpt #penrithpersonaltrainer

13.01.2022 (Top 3 ways to eat better) Health magazines and media will have you believe that being fit and healthy is a complicated task. It’s not. Being consistent with the simple tasks is the hard part, so here’s a few steps to help you get started. 1. Keep it simple, don’t follow fad diets with lots of rules. ... 2. Don’t buy junk food and bring it into the house, easy way to do this is never go grocery shopping on a hungry stomach. 3. Plan your meals for at least a couple days in advanced. #penrithhealth #penrithmums #penrithfitness

12.01.2022 Why your not seeing your strength goal. When we first start out training as a beginner it’s quite common you will see your strength increase rapidly as you go through learning the different movements of exercise, but at one point or another you will hit a brick wall with some exercises where it will almost seem like your stuck on the same weight for months on end. This is where you you will need to alter your programming to get to the next level and in many cases LESS IS MO...RE. Yes I know that sounds stupid and backwards but believe or not it works, when you look at any decent strength program there is usually a de load or a rest week written in , this is actually the goldmine of the program where your nervous system will rest and get itself prepared for the next week of training, but lets not get to scientific with it just know that when it comes to increasing your strength less is more. #penrith #penrithfitness #penrithstrength

11.01.2022 High Quality food vs Low Quality food. What is high quality food? High quality food is unrefined and very minimally processed foods. It’s important for us as people to understand food and what it does for our bodies. Food is our bodies fuel for energy. If we load our bodies with low quality food our bodies will produce low quality energy for us which we are never happy about with our busy lives. #personaltrainingpenrith #warragamba #penrithgroupfitness
