Dan Andrews has declared Victoria a state of disaster - As of 11.59pm Wednesday 5th August, we will be closed for 6 weeks or until further restrictions are lifted From August 6th memberships will be suspended for 6 weeks: Debits will be suspended for direct debit memberships. Upfront memberships will have their end date adjusted accordingly. UY University and Online Classes will resume as they did last lockdown, and will be accessible to those who choose to take up the UY University membership - DM or email us for more details. Our current round of 9in6 Challengers will have the opportunity to restart their challenge when we re-open OR utilise the commitment deposit as credit towards membership. Masks, sanitising and social distancing protocols will continue to be in place from now until Wednesday, to ensure the safety of all members in the meantime. 05.01.2022 Our 5.15AM crew are a dedicated bunch!!! Burpees at 5AM - why would you? Our 5AM crew get in and get their exercise for the day done BEFORE the majority of the rest of the world are even awake!... They walk out of our facility as the sun is rising and they have already achieved so much! In this warmer weather they beat the heat! An early morning workout can be better from a hormonal perspective, helping you to regulate cortisol levels and the bodys stress response. Morning exercise is also a great way to start the day on the positive note. You’ll also feel a sense of accomplishment, giving you an optimistic outlook for the day. From a calorie burning perspective studies show that early morning exercise can increase the number of calories your body burns across a 24-hour period... So many benefits!!
