Look down to avoid neck strain. Engage abs. Pull your belly button up to your spine. Slightly tilt your pelvic bone towards your nose to keep your spine straight. Engage your glutes. . Try this ab workout today: 1min elbow plank 20 leg raises 10 v-ups 10 windshield wipers 4 rounds. 1min rest in between rounds. . Try it. Record it. 22.01.2022 Drink Hack @bulknutrients Lemonade BCAA’s. . Below is a comparison of 700mls Lemonade (left) vs the above mentioned 700mls/14.2g BCAA’s (right): Calories: 315cal vs 50cal Protein: 0g vs 11.7g... Sugar: 770g vs 0.1g . 1. Mix 3 level scoops of BCAA’s with a little bit of Sparkling water and mix. 2. Slowly add the rest of the sparkling water to the top of the shaker (Approx 700mls, although the directions say 400-500mls, this ratio works well too). .
