25.01.2022 The health & well-being of our staff and our clients is very important to us. We wanted to provide you with an update of the changes weve put in place to help do our bit to protect our staff, and you, and slow the spread of the virus. - if youve returned this week from being overseas please dont come into the clinic. If your pet needs urgent assistance, please call us to discuss options. - if you have cold & flu symptoms, or are self-isolating, please delay your consultati...on until the self-isolation is complete - if you are running late please let us know so we can manage the amount of people in the waiting room and ensure correct recommendations for social distancing - please use contact-less payment methods - we will continue to maintain the cleanliness and sterilisation you have come to expect from our clinic We are thankful for all our clients and the care you continue to show us and your pets in this season. 15.01.2022 This is a reminder to all of our clients that as of July 1st, the NSW Government is introducing annual permits for non-desexed cats as a part of its commitment to promoting responsible pet ownership. What this means is that from July 1st 2020 owners of cats that are not desexed by 4 months of age will be required to pay an annual permit in addition to their one-off lifetime pet registration fee. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us on 42717200 and we will be happy to help
