09.01.2022 ‘The Art of Boxing’ by longtime friend and coach of mine for 30 fights, Bobby Boxrite Mayne. Bobby’s boxing fundamentals and teaching took me to two Australian Championships and two overseas fights in New Zealand. The ‘Art of Boxing’ published by Bobby, lays out easy to follow guides on stance and guard, punch technique and foot movement. I utilise this in my own training and teaching others. It’s a great read and will help boxers at all levels. Thanks @bobbyboxritemayne
