25.01.2022 We are very excited to bring you the latest in our range of limited edition small batch pies. Meet our BBQ Smoked Pulled Pork Pie. Sow Collar Butt with a little Lanes Sweet Heat Rub into our Smoker and given 12hrs over Hickory, Pecan, and Cherry.... We spritz with a little Apple Cider prior to wrapping, to enhance its beautiful mahogany bark. Finished SOooo tender and SOooo full of moisture it simply falls apart when touched. A little more seasoning and into our deep dish pastry shell it goes! We take Maranoa Beef Brisket, trim and season then it goes onto our Yoder YS640s Smoker for a 13hr - 14hr low and slow smoke with Hickory, Cherry, and Pecan wood pellets. 13.01.2022 Uncle Bobs Bakery are looking for a reliable, mature, senior staff member to join our team on a long term basis. This is a part-time position with approximately 20 to 25 hours per week available but could develop into a full-time role for the right candidate. Shifts will be shared across our four locations (Belmont, Redland Bay, Thornlands and Victoria Point). Training shifts will be at our Belmont store so access to private transport is required. Our stores are all located o...n the South Eastern Bayside and Redlands. Prior experience in a retail food role including coffee and sandwich preparation and experience in store opening and closing would be an advantage. A clean neat appearance, with a professional approach to retail sales and a strong focus on following our systems and checklists is a must.
