Progressive overload is super important when working towards your goals! If you do the same workout everyday you will not make progress Variation in your program is VERY important ... Some examples of progressive overload include: Increasing weight Tempo work - slowing down your movements (creates more time under tension) Adding more reps Adding more variety of exercises Doing both bilateral (working both sides e.g squat) & unilateral work (working one side e.g bulgarian split squat)
