25.01.2022 With so much uncertainty around jobs, mums and carers becoming teachers (and some still trying to work whilst still trying to become teachers.) Children missing their friends, grand parents, cousins and routine, and vise versa with grandies misssing their children, grandchildren and routines. Hopes and dreams for small business owners, (Yes thats what we were literally about to open, another Studio - we would have been opened in 2 weeks!) Holiday makers, those who worship and... those who had been planning for the last 12 months or more their amazing wedding day to their beloved. My heart goes out to those who are shattered, those who are dancing a fine line of depression and anxiety and those who are scratching their heads and thinking 'what the fuck do we do next?' This is most certainly the time to be #kind to yourself, find small things to be greatful for, small things to appreciate, take time for a gentle walk, the last few days this has been my saviour - especially as we have been doing our part to reduce the spread by not seeing clients, and staying home during this time - typically clients, markets and date nights once a fortnight was socialising! I am definitely asking myself 'what the fuck do I do next' and 'what else is possible' trusting my #innerknowing and my awareness that by asking these #questions and waiting for #opportunities to present themselves as if by #magic

At this stage only remedial services for acute or chronic conditions are permitted to go ahead - no relaxation, bars or energy healing treatments at this point.... What changes will you see now that treatments can resume? Only remedial services are available until further advice is received by SA Health Longer times between appointments will exist to allow for additional cleaning regimes to occur in keeping with disease infection control measures resulting from COVID19 You will be asked to wash your hands up to your elbows before entering the massage space (I will do the same) and to leave items you dont require in your car or in a safe space outside our rooms. Reduced number of bookings per day. We have opened up a small amount of evening appointments on selected days, appointments during the day are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Please play your part when booking in for an appointment and attending your appointment by: Booking in for treatments for an acute or chronic condition only, Cancelling your appointment if you are not feeling well Respecting the two week isolation requirement if you have recently travelled outside SA borders or are in contact with someone who has. Opt for a bank transfer 24hrs prior to your treatment to reduce handling of cash and atm cards during the treatment. WW II - You have to leave your loved ones and might never see them again.... 2020 - But my kids need some fresh air so we're all going to the park. WW II - Your kids have to be evacuated and live with random good samaritans for their safety. 2020 - I can only Facetime my family and friends I can't see them. WW II - I have written letters, I'm hoping they're received and I get a response this year. 2020 - I am trying to order my food shop online, it's taking ages to get to me I need, alcohol, and all the other foods I'm craving. WW II - Are you coming to queue-up in the line for our rations-potato soup every day of the week? 2020 - The government hasn't said we can't go out, they just said we can but only once to exercise so I'm going to go meet my friends and do what I want. WW II - I'm not going out just in case a bomb drops so I will stay in listening to some music quietly because the air raid siren might go off. 2020 - Netflix needs to sort the streaming out I can't even watch a series without it crashing.
