Congratulations !!!!!!!! A big thank you to Executive Chef Daniel Flatt for supporting Nic with his studies. A model student - Nic was able to use a combination of credit transfers and RPL to gain recognition and currency for his prior Cert 3 Cookery qualification, but used discipline, consistency and hard work to complete the additional leadership and management units that comprise the Cert 4 in Commercial Cookery.
